To eliminate bicycles left around a station by a bicycle transport vehicle and an alternative transport system.

In this system, the bicycle transport vehicle on which bicycles can be easily loaded and by which a large amount of bicycles can be transported is always positioned near a station ticket gate, and the bicycles are substitutionaly transported to a parking lot. Thus the causes why the bicycles are left around the station can be basically eliminated, the areas around the station can be refined, various problems for crime prevention and accident prevention can be solved, and since a considerable number of personnel who are engaged in this system is required, the system can contribute to an employment measure.
