PURPOSE: To reduce the occurrence of an error and simplifying station data generation operation by storing an input of a station data element in a station data file by referring to a prescribed address which corresponds to a station data code constituted by the station data element.

CONSTITUTION: Every time an input request signal Q8 which requests a station data element A8 showing the package state of a switch package is outputted by a signal generation part 118 and displayed on a display device 2, an ioerator who generates station data inputs the station data element A8 on a keyboard. Then, the element A8 is stored at the prescribed position of a station data code D1 by a code constitution part 121, and also returned to the signal generation part 118. When station data elements A1∼A8 received by the code constitution part are stored at the prescribed positions of the station data code D1, the station data code D1 is transferred to a storage part 131. Therefore, the operator only inputs the station data elements according to the indication of a station data generation system.
