CONSTITUTION: When an application of telephone subscription comes from a new subscriber at a window of a telephone station, an optional number is decided among idle telephone numbers by the negotiation between the applicant and a person in charge of the window as a 1st procedure. As a 2nd procedure, jumpering is applied to an optional terminal on a main distribution board (MDF) without the instruction of a job slip and a terminal equipment is connected to an optional position of a connection path of the line of the MDF and the terminal equipment makes a call to a station data registration device (REG) in an exchange for the access and data entry such as the telephone number and the service class is implemented. Then the station data corresponding to the telephone number sent from the terminal equipment such as an accommodated location or service class is generated and registered and as required, the automatic test is started and a management data is automatically outputted.
