Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce decrease in communication efficiency of an uplink, when transmitting the data of a mobile network by PON.SOLUTION: A station side optical line termination device constituted to include a time-sharing duplex operation wireless system including a plurality of wireless base stations communicating by a time-sharing duplex operation system, and a PON system including a subscriber side optical line termination device and a station side optical line termination device, includes an acquisition unit for acquiring time-sharing duplex operation information indicating the communication timing of uplink and downlink in the time-sharing duplex operation wireless system, a timing determination unit for judging a period where data transmission of uplink is not performed in an optical communication section, on the basis of the time-sharing duplex operation information thus acquired, and executing discovery processing for establishing connection of a new subscriber side optical line termination device and the station side optical line termination device, and a discovery processing unit executing discovery processing at the timing thus determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
