Abstract:

A white cane detection display panel 3 includes a control substrate 5 which outputs a voice stored in a built-in speaker 8a and an external speaker 8b in advance through a voice substrate based on a white cane detection signal of the white cane detection camera, turns on a built-in visual recognition device 9a and an external visual recognition device 9b, and displays white cane user's status videos in the station yard and ticket gate information in the station yard on a built-in monitor 7a and an external monitor 7b.
