The stationary induction apparatus with an on-load tap changing device includes a tank; an electromagnetic induction apparatus, housed in the tank with a liquid insulator equipped with a flash point exceeding 250C; and an on-load tap changing device performing the voltage adjustment of the electromagnetic induction apparatus, wherein the on-load tap changing device includes an opening/closing change-over device portion and a tap selecting portion, wherein at least as an insulating medium of the tap selecting portion, a synthetic polyol ester, having a flash point exceeding 250C and a volume resistivity of at least 1013 cm at 80C, is filled, and is expressed by formula (1): (R1-CH2)2C{CH2-O(CO)-R2}2, formula (2): (R1-CH2)C{CH2-O(CO)-R2}3, formula (3):C{CH2-O(CO)R2}4, and/or formula (4):{R2-(CO)O-CH2}3C-CH2OCH2-C{CH2-O(CO)-R2}3.
