PURPOSE: To facilitate the installation of the title stationary induction machine by a method wherein the means of installation is formed of a shim inserted between a frame and a base plate.

CONSTITUTION: Wheels 4 to be used for movement are attached to the bottom reinforcing stay 2 of the transformer tank 1, in which transformer main body is housed, through the intermediary of the frame 3 of the stay. The transformer tank 1 is installed on the base 5 by the installing means with which the tank 1 will be installed in the state wherein the wheels 4 for movement are raised up from the base 5. The installing means of the transformer constituted as above is formed of a shim 6 inserted between the frame 3 and the base 5. As a result, the transformer can be installed easily.
