PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration preventing metal fitting which can be subjected to a post-fitting construction and which is excellent in workability and stability in a construction site.SOLUTION: A stationary portion 20 of a vibration preventing metal fitting 10 is characterized: in that the stationary portion 20 is fastened by a fastening tool 70 of a bolt 71 and a nut 72 through a fastening hole formed in the right and left of a pair of fixing members 30 and 35; in that one or both of right and left fastening holes is formed by a bore and a notch groove formed in the paired fixing members 30 and 35; in that, before the construction of forming a suspending member 80 and a vibration stop member 85, the fastening tool 70 is formed in advance in the fastening hole of the fixing members 30; in that, while the fixing member 35 having a notch groove 37 being suspended in parallel with a suspending member 80, the other stationary member 30 is caused to abut against the suspending member 80, thereby to turn the fixing member 35 having the notch groove 37, on one fastener 70; and in that the paired fixing members 30 and 35 can be later fixed on the suspending member 80 by fastening the fastener 70 after the notch groove 37 was inserted into the other fastener 70.
