PURPOSE: To provide the above-identified means, which permits delay trip adjustment with respect to overcurrent to be effected widely and accurately and also permits the adjustment of an instantaneous trip means such that it can be solely determined by a mulitiple number of the preset rating current and irrespective of the delay trip adjustment, and further which is capable of appropriate protection with respect to whatever load by varying the current versus operation period characteristics.
