Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase the drying surface, to improve the efficiency of drying heat, and to make a material to be dried substantially uniform by installing a ventilating board on the top metal face of a wind channel, and providing a reciprocating distributing means above the board.
CONSTITUTION: A single suction type centrifugal fan 2 is mounted on a pair of lower horizontal muntins 1a, and hot air is generated at the discharge port 3 of the fan 2 via a steam heating plate fin heater 4. A wind guide 5 for introducing the hot air to the the entire surface above a frame 1 is provided in a funnel state, and a net 6a or a bar conveyor is intermittently forward or reversely rotated via a motor.
