In the stator of AC servo motor comprising a core split into an inside core 2 of slot structure and an outside core surrounding the inside core 2, an air core coil 4 having a hollow section being fitted with the inside core and a body section being fitted in the slot, and a thin insulator 5 winding adjacent air core coils contained in the slot opening between the adjacent tees of the inside core 2 collectively wherein the air core coil 4 and the thin insulator 5 are secured through adhesive, half-width slits are provided alternately in the vicinity of the opposite end parts of the thin insulator 5 and the end parts are intersected by the slit to constitute a chained air core coil 4.
