To eliminate a process to join a stator, a can, and a pump casing and to suppress the occurrence of vibration by a method wherein the stator of a canned motor pump is embedded and held in the outer peripheral surface of a can cylinder molded by using resin such that a rotor chamber and a pump chamber are integrally formed.
A canned motor pump is provided with a can 4-1 formed such that a casing 3, a vibration circuit 2, and the stator 1-1 of a motor 1 are molded in an embedded state. A resin molding part 4 being of a type where a pump casing 7-2 is integrally formed, a rotor 1-2 coupled integrally with an impeller 7-1, a partition plate 7-3, and a pump cover 7-4 are axially coupled together. Namely, a drive circuit part 2 and the stator 1-1 are integrally molded in an embedded state, and the cylinder part of the can 4-1 is formed by a resin mold part 4. A resin layer is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the embedding stator 1-1, which forms the cylinder part of the can 1 and a rotor shaft 1-3 is integrally molded and held at the central part of the bottom of the cylinder part of the can 4-1.
