Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the DC brushless motor of low torque ripple by a method wherein the number of turns of each phase of stator coils are varied in accordance with the axial magnetic flux density between a rotor magnet and a stator yoke, and the counter electromotive voltage generating on the coils of each phase is equalized. CONSTITUTION:The number of turns of the stator coils 1', 1'' and 1''' of each phase is varied respectively in accordance with the distribution of the axial magnetic density between the rotor magnet 2 and the stator yoke 3, and the number of windings are determined in such a manner that the counter electromotive voltage generating at the stator coils 1', 1'' and 1''' will be equalized each other. Accordingly, in the DC brushless motor, the generated torque ripple of the motor can be reduced, the irregularity of revolution can be lessened, and the generation torque and the starting torque can also be increased.
