Title:
STATOR CORE FOR MOTOR AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000341914
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a stator core having high circularity and a highly aligned comb section.

A stator core is manufactured by forming a comb-shaped belt body, by using a silicon steel sheet manufactured as a grain oriented magnetic steel sheet (step S10), a platy laminate by folding the belt body is a zigzag state, so that comb sections are aligned with each other (step S12), and the laminate in a cylindrical shape with the comb-tooth sections inward (step S14). Since the belt-body is folded in the zigzag state, manufacturing errors will not accumulate, and the formed stator core has high circularity and a highly aligned comb section. In addition, since the grain oriented magnetic steel sheet can be used in the direction suitable for the magnetic path of the core, iron loss for the core can be reduced.
