Title:
STATOR CORE OF MOTOR AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09308145
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To increase a cooling performance of a motor.

Magnetic steel plates (stator plate 12) that are ring-shaped thin discs which have nearly the same shape as a cross section of a stator core and which have the peripheries thinner than the other parts are stacked and welded to form the stator core. The thinner sections formed in the periphery of the magnetic steel plate have a fin-like shape, so a radiation area and a cooling performance are increased. By forming the thinner sections 12b by press working, a burr can be removed from the stator plate 12 at the same time with the press working.
