Title:
STATOR CORE STRUCTURE FOR ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009165273
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve the problem that an obtained formed object has low strength, it drops a power factor and has a large electric time constant and therefore controllability lacks in a conventional rotary electric machine using a dust core for a core.

A claw magnetic pole constituting a claw pole motor is formed by using iron plates such as a magnetic steel plate, a cold rolled steel plate and electromagnetic stainless steel. A stator of the rotary electric machine is provided with a stator winding wound to an external side of a rotator in a ring shape and a stator core having stator claw magnetic poles which alternately extend from both sides in an axial direction in a part confronted with the rotator. The steel plates are laminated in the stator core.
