Title:
STATOR CORE OF TORQUE MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3793965
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core of a torque motor capable of improving assembling workability at manufacturing without causing reduction in generated torque.
SOLUTION: The stator core 11 of the torque motor comprises an arm 14 to which a coil 4 is inserted, and pole teeth 12 that are arranged so as to oppose a columnar space to which a rotor 2 is inserted. An entire body 15 of the stator core formed into a front entire shape of the stator core 11 and a pair of almost two stator-core splits 16a, 16b are superimposed and coupled with each other. The pair of stator-core splits 16a, 16b are configured such that: a space 17 is formed between the splits, which are arranged at both sides so as to face the pole teeth 12; and a part adjacent to the space 17 of the stator core entire body 15 serves as a coupling part 13, thereby coupling and integrally forming the stator-core splits 16a, 16b at both the sides.
