Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the wavy shape of a conductive plate from deforming at molding time by providing an insulating spacer molded together with the plate in the state for blocking recesses of the plate at both sides of the plate. CONSTITUTION:A conductive plate 20 is molded in the state for blocking the recesses 20a of the plate 20 by spacers 21. Thus, it can prevent the pitch of the waveform of the plate 20 from becoming irregular at molding time to improve the pitch accuracy between the sides of frequency generating coil formed by crossing a molding 24 after molding, thereby improving the rotation detecting accuracy of a rotor.
