The stator includes a substrate 1 and a coil unit 2. A first surface 11 and a second surface 12 opposed to each other are formed in the substrate 1. The coil unit 2 is coupled to the first surface 11 of the substrate 1. The coil unit 2 includes multiple wiring layers 21 and at least one coil 211 and one connecting portion 212 are formed on the surface of each of the wiring layers 21 and at least the one coil 211 is electrically connected with the connecting portion 212. An insulating layer 22 is provided between each two adjacent wiring layers 21 and the connecting portions 212 of the two adjacent wiring layers 21 are electrically continued to each other.
