Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a stator which lightens the manual work in winding process and automates the winding work, concerning the stator of a motor.
CONSTITUTION: A stator iron core 1 is divided into an inner yoke and an outer yoke, where teeth and grooves are formed inside in the condition that they can be junctioned, and coupling teeth 4 for coupling the tips of the adjacent teeth are formed specified intervals apart in the inner yoke, and openings 4, which open with the grooves outward, are provided on the outside opposed to the coupling teeth 4, and after stacking, inner winding 8 is wound astride the coupling tooth 4 from inside, and outer coil is wound, being tied up in the opening 5 from outside, and it is set in the outer yoke 6 and junctioned with that.
