Abstract:
PURPOSE: To position a tooth-surely while improving the magnetic property.
CONSTITUTION: A stator core 11 is composed of an annular yoke 12 and many teeth 13 being made in separate bodies from this yoke 12. And coils 16 and 17 are wound on bobbins 18 and 19 which have a plurality of tooth engaging holes 18a and 19a, and then, teeth 13 are inserted, respectively, into each tooth engaging hole of the bobbins 18 and 19. After this, the locking projection 15 of each tooth 13 is press-fit and fixed in the locking groove 14 at the inside periphery of the yoke 12, whereby the stator 23 is completed.
