Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for a rotary electric machine which is capable of improving workability and shortening a work time, improves an insulation holding strength between a stator core and a stator coil and improves earthquake resistance with respect to vibrations, and a manufacturing method of the stator.SOLUTION: A stator 1 for a rotary electric machine comprises: a stator core 5 including a plurality of divided stator cores 12; and a stator coil 13 which includes multi-turn coils 21 that are overlapped as upper and lower coils on two slot grooves 15 among a plurality of slot grooves 15 that are provided in the divided stator cores 12, and half-turn coils 22 that are mounted in lower layers or upper layers of the upper coil or the lower coil of the multi-turn coils, performs impregnation processing on the included divided stator cores, fits the divided stator cores on which the impregnation processing has been performed onto a stator frame and then forms the multi-turn coil by connecting the half-turn coils 22 that are mounted on the neighboring divided stator cores 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
