To provide a stator, which restrains itself from being influenced by the line of magnetic flux to a coil by fixing and arranging a superconductive coil in a desired position with proper strength and improves the electric property of the superconductive coil by enhancing the strength of the fixation of the coil and the cooling efficiency of the coil, and to provide a rotor, and a superconducting apparatus.
This stator 120 includes a superconductive coil layer, in which a plurality of racetrack type coils 10 are stacked, frame-type spacers 19 as first spacers, which are sandwiched between the spaces between the racetrack type coils 10, facing each other in the direction of stacking of the racetrack type coils 10, and comb-like spacers 17 and 18, which serve as second spacers being arranged to cover the inner perimetrical side and the peripheral side by inserting the inner perimetrical side of the straight part of the racetrack type coil 10 and the peripheral side of the straight part.
