Title:
STATOR FOR SUPERCONDUCTING ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07194093
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve reliability by forming a magnetic shield in an intermediate retaining structure so as not to generate vibration at a magnetic steel sheet.

CONSTITUTION: A stator for a superconducting rotating electric machine comprises a magnetic shield 3 having a central magnetic shield unit 3a disposed coaxially with an outer periphery of a rotor 2 having a superconducting field winding 1 and fixed to a stator frame 5 through a retaining plate 4 and an end magnetic shield unit 3b formed at both ends in a conical shape so as to extend at a bore side to an outside, and an armature winding 6 supported by a supporting structural material, wherein an intermediate retaining structure 8 mad of a nonmagnetic material is provided between the shield units 3a and 3b of the shield 3.
