Title:
STATOR OF TOROIDAL WINDING TYPE MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59129546
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the characteristics of a motor without calling the magnetic resistance of a coupling portion of a core in question by disposing a winding so that a divided surface is disposed at the position having the least magnetic flux passing a toothed part. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 1 is formed with slots 2 opened toward the inner peripheral side in such a manner that split cores 1a, 1b divided into two are bonded and fastened at the divided surfaces 3. Powder insulator is used in the core 1, and a winding is wound in the slot 3. The winding is wound so that the windings of the same phase (main winding M) are disposed at both sides of the surface 3. Accordingly, the magnetic flux which passes the toothed part of the surface 3 becomes less, with the result that the increase in the loss can be prevented, thereby enabling to ignore the magnetic resistance of the coupling part of the core.
