Abstract:
To realize a stator used in a rotary electric machine having an insulator structure capable of suppressing the occurrence of breakage caused by the bending even when a stator coil is bent on the outside of a slot.SOLUTION: A stator 20 used in a rotary electric machine is provided with: a stator core 200 formed with a plurality of slots 21; a plurality of coils 6 a plurality of which are aligned along a radial direction of the stator core 200 in each of the plurality of slots 21; and insulators 5 each surrounds one or a plurality of the coils 6 individually. The insulator 5 overlaps at least in two layers in the radial direction of the stator core 200 with respect to at least one coil 6 arranged on an inner circumferential side of the stator core 200 of the slot 21. The insulator 5 is in one layer in a circumferential direction of the stator core 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
