Title:
STATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010068569
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a stator core wherein it is possible to enhance the force of holding the stator core, obtained by annularly arranging split cores with their steel plates dowel caulked together, in a core holder.
A stator for motors is obtained by press-fitting and fixing the stator core, formed by annularly arranging the split cores 12, in the core holder. Each split core 12 is formed by laminating multiple steel plates and fixing the steel plates together by dowel caulking. It includes a peripheral groove portion 12f having a predetermined depth, recessed to the inner radius side in the outer circumferential surface on the outer radius side of a dowel caulking portion 12e.
