Abstract:

To provide a statue of Buddha in which ashes can be placed in its body to be easily enshrined in a nearby place.

A statue of Buddha has a structure of a cavity 2 in part of the inside of it, so ashes can be contained in the cavity 2. A cover 3 or a door is provided in a containing space, and a structure to facilitate putting the ashes in and out is provided. The ashes to be contained is sealed in a container of glass or ceramic, for example, so they can be prevented from being crushed while they are placed.
