One free wheel 16 is provided at the front of a table 10 and a pair of fixed wheels 12, 12 are provided at the back to form a hand movable table 10, the stay is journalled to the front part to be laid down by a shaft 14, and the rear part is loaded with a weight 11. A leg part 15a is connected to the lower end part of the stay 15 for stretching a net 19 like an inverted T-shape and disposed parallel to the weight 11. When the stay 15 is raised and laid down, the leg part 15a floats up from the floor surface F, and when it is raised, the leg part 15a comes into contact with the leg part 15a so that the free wheel 16 floats up from the floor surface F. The net 19 has the stay 15 and connecting parts 20, 21 put on an inner pipe 17 or wound round it, to thereby facilitate attach and remove the net to and from the stay 15 or an inner pipe 15a.
