Abstract:
To provide a fluid steam distillation system capable of increasing efficiency, production capacity and capable of reducing an electric power expense necessary for system management and system maintenance volume.SOLUTION: A fluid steam distillation system includes a discharge controller controlling a discharge valve, a material flow controller controlling a material flow valve and a discharge level sensor connected to the discharge controller and the material flow controller, and further includes a control system for controlling a fluid steam distillation device. The discharge level sensor sends a signal regarding a discharge level to the discharge controller and the material flow controller displaying the discharge level. The material flow controller activates the material flow valve at least based on the signal of the discharge level sensor, and the discharge controller activates the discharge valve at least based on the signal of the discharge level sensor. The discharge level and material flow level are maintained by using the signal of the discharge level sensor as an input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 75
