To provide a steam eliminator of a steam trap capable of securely eliminating fuming steam due to the re-evaporation of condensate.
A radiating pipe 3 is connected to the outlet 2 of a steam trap 1. A Seebeck element 4 is fitted onto the outer surface of the radiating pipe 3 on the upstream side thereof, and a Peltier element 5 is fitted to the outer surface of the radiating pipe on the downstream side thereof. The Seebeck element 4 is so formed that a heating surface faces the radiating pipe 3 side and a cooling surface faces the outside air side. The Seebeck element 4 receives the heat of the condensate flowing down in the radiating pipe 3 to generate an electromotive force. A controller 6 and the Peltier element 3 are driven by a power obtained by the Seebeck element 4. The Peltier element 5 radiates the heat of the condensate water flowing down in the radiating tube 3 to the outside air by the power supplied from the Seebeck element 4.
