Abstract:
To improve the atomization efficiency of steam.
A first room 13a provided with a heater 14 generating steam and discharge electrodes 20, 20 and a second room 13b communicated with the first room 13a and feeding the atomized steam in the first room 13 a to a steam hole 18 are formed in a steam room 13 having a steam generating device generating the steam electrified by an electric discharge. A shielding plate 40 having an opening section 41 is provided between the first room 13a and the second room 13b to make the inner pressure of the first room 13a higher than the inner pressure of the second room 13b.
