Abstract:
To enhance heat reserving performance, and to improve a maintenance characteristic in a steam generator for heating food.
This steam generator for heating food is provided with a steam generating tank 21 communicated with a water storage tank 14, and generates heating steam by heating inside water by a heater 16 arranged in the steam generating tank 21. A cylindrical part 18 of the steam generating tank 21 is composed of a vacuum or air heat insulating structure, and the cylindrical part 18 is detachably installed with communicating clearance 19.
