Abstract:
To obtain a steam heater which does not stagnate condensate generated in a steam consuming device to stagnate.
A steam supply pipe 3 is connected to a jacket 2. A plurality of condensate recovery devices 16, 36 are connected to the lower part of the jacket 2 through a header 25. An ejector 6 is connected to condensate outlets 17, 37 of the condensate recovery devices 16, 36 through recovery pipes 19, 39, respectively. Condensate generated in the jacket 2 is forced to flow down to the header 25 and continuously discharged outside of the system by alternate force-feed of condensate by the condensate recovery devices 16, 36 and suction by the ejector 6.
