Abstract:
To make variable the quantity of steam discharged from a steam hole and atomized per unit time arbitrarily.
Discharge electrodes 6 are arranged in a steam passing part 7 between a steam hole for injecting steam into bristles and a steam producing part. Then, a varying means 15 is provided which is capable of arbitrarily varying a distance L between the discharge electrodes 6. The device is so structured that the varying means 15 is attached to one electrode 6a and that the electrode 6a is relatively moved to the other electrode 6b with a screw member 15a.
