Title:
STEAM SENSOR DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3193185
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a steam sensor device wherein the operation of a sensor can be confirmed simply by taking it out into the air.
CONSTITUTION: When the concentration of steam is measured normally, a steam sensor device 10 amplifies the output current value of an oxygen sensor 20 installed in a measuring atmosphere by means of a preamplifier 50, it amplifies the output of the preamplifier 50 additionally by a first amplifying circuit 60 which gives an output used to measure the concentration of the steam, and it measures the concentration of the steam in the measuring atmosphere on the basis of the output of the first amplifying circuit. On the other hand, when the operation of the sensor is confirmed, the output of the steam sensor device 10 is changed over, by a switch SW2, from the side of the first amplifying circuit 60 used to measure the concentration of the steam to the side of a second amplifying circuit 70 used to measure the concentration of oxygen, the output current value of the oxygen sensor 20 installed in the air is amplified by the preamplifier 50, the output of the preamplifier 50 is amplified additionally by the second amplifying circuit 70 used to measure the concentration of the oxygen, and the concentration of the oxygen in the air is measured.
