Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam trap easily worked and capable of suppressing the occurrence of erosion.SOLUTION: A steam trap comprises a valve body 38 for opening and closing a valve hole 28 to flow a drain D out of a valve chamber 10, and a closing member 14 for closing one end part 12b near an outflow port 40 is attached to an outflow passage 12 opened with an outflow port 40 downstream of the valve hole 28. The closing member 14 is formed of a bottomed hollow member having a hollow part 44 forming a part of the outflow passage 12, and causes the inner face of the hollow part 44 to oppose to the outflow port 40.
