Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam trap capable of suppressing opening delay or closing delay of a discharge valve even when pressure difference between a storage chamber and a discharge passage changes.SOLUTION: A steam trap includes: a drain storage chamber 13; a discharge path 23 discharging the drain in the storage chamber 13; a pressure chamber 42; a pilot flow passage 35 communicating the pressure chamber 42 and the storage chamber 13; a relief flow passage 43 communicating the pressure chamber 42 and a position (discharge passage 15) in which the drain discharged from the discharge path 23 circulates; and a discharge valve 31 displacing according to pressure of the pressure chamber 42 and opening/closing the discharge path 23. The steam trap has an adjustment mechanism 51 adjusting the opening of the relief flow passage 43.
