Abstract:
To provide a steam trap of a hydraulic engineering drain mechanism that is an essential component as an aperture adjustment mechanism in association with steam usage of a nozzle type steam trap, and that dispenses with a replaceable nozzle detachably attached to a steam trap body.SOLUTION: A steam trap comprises: a drain inflow part 10 including a connection mechanism connectable to a steam transport pipe; a drain discharge part 11-2 connecting to the outside of the steam transport pipe; a pore 16 communicating with the drain inflow part and drain discharge part; and an aperture adjustment mechanism A inserted into the pore. The steam trap integrates function of a nozzle into a steam trap body 1, and thereby becomes a hydraulic engineering drain mechanism dispensing with a nozzle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
