Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate problems which come from the delay of closing of a low pressure steam governing valve by providing a low pressure steam governing valve opening controller which is operated correspondingly to a high pressure steam governor opening, and previously controlling the low pressure steam governor.
CONSTITUTION: A high pressure steam governor opening signal 121 is input from a governor position control block (a) of a high pressure steam governor to a low pressure steam governor opening controller which outputs a low pressure steam governor opening signal 122 to a position control block (b) of a low pressure steam governor. The opening signal 122 is output through an optional function based on a previously calculated values of high and low pressure side flow rates, and values obtained by adding bias thereto. The low pressure steam governor opening control signal 122 is input faster than any other input signal of a low value preference circuit of the low pressure steam governor control block (b). The low pressure steam governor is speedily closed with little delay when the high pressure steam governor is closed.
