Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress abnormality in the state of an exhaust heat recovery boiler by providing the second load controlling means giving valve opening degree instructions to a steam governor based on the rate of change of the outlet steam pressure of the exhaust heat recovery boiler. CONSTITUTION:A speed controller 11 gives valve opening degree instructions to a steam governor so that a steam turbine may be rotated at rated speed. The first load controlling means 12A gives valve opening degree instructions at the specified rate of change to the steam governor until a steam by-pass valve is completely closed after the rotating speed of the steam turbine reaches the rated rotating speed. The second load controlling means 12B is provided to give valve opening degree instructions to the steam governor based on the rate of change of the outlet steam pressure of an exhaust heat recovery boiler so that the outlet steam pressure may not be suddenly changed until the steam governor is completely opened after the steam by-pass valve is completely closed. Since in case of sudden change in the outlet steam pressure due to the abnormality in the start of the exhaust heat recovery boiler, the load controlling means 12B is operated to suppress the sudden change by this constitution, stabilized operation in a steam cycle can be done.
