To prevent generation of cracking on using by forming a shrinkage- fitting sleeve of a low alloy made journal part on a journal part.
The inner diameter of a sleeve 3 is worked for several millimeters smaller than the diameter of a journal part rotor while applying low alloy steel to the sleeve 3 which is shrinkage-fitted to a journal. The whole of the journal sleeve 3 is heated and held at about 200°C in the outside of a rotor, and is inserted from a coupling projection part 7 side. And it is mounted on the rotor of the journal part, and is cooled. The journal part is shrinkage- fitted to the rotor, and is connected completely and mechanically. The whole of a shrinkage-fitting coupling 8 is inserted and mounted to the coupling projection part 7 after it is heated at about 200°C in the outside of the rotor, and it is cooled. As a result, the shrinkage-fitting coupling part 8 is shrinkage-fitted to the rotor coupling projection part 7, and is connected completely and mechanically. It is thus possible to contribute for ensuring reliability of a machine.
