Abstract:
PURPOSE:To lighten propagation of crack on a wheel part and prevent corrosion of a wheel by fixing a wheel and a shaft which are in a temperature field where each corrosion rate and crack propagation speed is large, through a wheel hub by means of a wedge without directly fixing said wheel and shaft by a wedge. CONSTITUTION:As for a wheel 2 which is placed in a temperature field where each corrosion rate and crack propagation rate is small, a wheel wedge 3 is inserted between a shaft 1 and the inner circumference of the wheel, and said wheel 2 is fixed onto the shaft 1. As for a wheel 2 placed in a temperature field where each corrosion rate and crack propagation rate is large, each wedge groove is formed on the opposite surfaces of a wheel hub part 2a, and a wedge 10 is inserted into said wedge groove, and said wheel hub part 2a is integrally fixed.
