To provide a steaming and baking cooker suited for shortening a baking time of a steamed and baked object such as Gyoza dumplings as much as possible, simplified in configuration, and reduced in size and production cost.
The steaming and baking cooker in which raw Gyoza dumplings and water are put in a pan 25 to be heated by electric heaters 32a, 32b, and 32c, fries the raw Gyoza dumplings by heating the pan 25. The pan 25 is defined as a rectangular container body constituted by a bottom plate 25a and side plates. Two side plates as a long side and one side plate as a short side are formed into inclined tapered side plates 25b, 25c, and 25d. The pan further includes water feed pipes 28a and 28b for making water flow therethrough from the tapered side plates 25b and 25c towards the bottom plate 25a in a state covered with the lid body 26.
