Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel belt coil binding method and its equipment which can bind a steel belt coil of a high winding temperature without generating loose binding and without increasing binding cost.
SOLUTION: This relates to a steel belt coil winding method and suitable equipment therefore. A steel belt 1, whose tip end 1a is caulked by a seal jig 2, is wound once around a steel belt coil, and the wind remaining part 1b of the coil is let through the jig and pulled back. Oil containing air current 9 is blown to the seal jig inlet part of the remaining part.
