To provide a steel component for a pile, which enables a steel pile with a blade and an end edge to be easily manufactured with advantage in terms of costs in such a manner as to have a rational structure which eliminates dynamic wastefulness and unreasonableness.
Casting makes this component equipped integrally with a pipe part 8 which is connected to a pile-body steel pipe 2, the end edge 4 and the blade 5. A thickness of the blade 5 is smaller on the side of an outer peripheral end 11 than on the side of an inner peripheral end 12. The casting makes an increased-thickness part 13 formed in a boundary area between the pipe part 8 and the blade 5, makes a reinforcing rib 9 provided inside the pipe part 8 in such a manner as to be integral with the pipe part 8, and makes the pipe part 8 formed with a screw part 6 which is screwed for connection into the steel pipe 2.
