The outermost layer filament 11a of the outermost layer strand 12A constituting the outer periphery part of the steel cord 10 for reinforcing the rubber body in the plurality of the strands 12A and 12B is subjected to brass-plating treatment, and at least one filament 11a, 11b positioned at the inner side than the outermost layer strand 12A is subjected to zinc-plating treatment.
