Title:
STEEL FRAMED REINFORCED CONCRETE COLUMN JOINTING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3279814
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To omit site welding work at the time of precast reinforced, concrete column jointing work so as to simplify work by a large margin, improve workability and shorten a construction period sharply.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of jointing an upper precast reinforced concrete column A and a lower precast reinforced concrete column B to each other, the lower end of the upper column A is provided with a diameter-enlarged pipe joint part 3, and ribs 4 are disposed respectively at the opposed faces of the pipe joint part 3 and lower column B. The pipe joint part 3 is fittingly fixed to the lower column B in such a way that the respective ribs 4 are not brought into mutual contact nor overlapped in the height direction and that a lower column main reinforcement 5 is inserted between adjacent upper column main reinforcements 6. The pipe joint part 3 is then rotated. The ribs 4 are thereby overlapped vertically, and the reinforcement of the lower column is spliced to the reinforcement of the upper column A. Mortar is then filled in a gap 9 between the diameter enlarged part and the steel pipe of the lower column B.
