Abstract:

To provide a steel frame for a sand erosion controlling structure, which reduces the period and cost in the construction of the sand erosion controlling structure and imparts high strength against mudflow, and to provide a method of construction of the sand erosion controlling structure using the steel frame.

The steel frame B includes an upper frame 1 and a lower frame 2 which are flange-connected to each other. Boulders 4 are placed in the steel frame B, which is vertically stacked on another steel frame B with the boulders 4 inside.
