Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel ingot drawing device capable of securely and swiftly drawing a steel ingot from a mold, in a state in which a mold is made into a vertical attitude together with a cast steel ingot, without damaging the mold, and also without causing seizure.SOLUTION: A steel ingot drawing device 1a comprises: a trestle frame 2a including an upper face 3a with a rectangular frame shape capable of supporting a bottom face 22 of a mold 20 in a plain view, and also, whose whole body shows a cubic shape; a punch 7 whose upper edge side projects to the upper part than the upper face 3a from the vicinity of the center in the plain view in the upper face 3a of the trestle frame 2a and having a taper part 8 at the upper edge side; and a pair of tilted pates 12 formed at the inside of the trestle frame 2a and tilted from the intermediate position in the height direction of the punch 7 toward the outside of the lower part of the trestle frame 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
